Once again,  the disgraceful lack of enforcement efforts and in particular along our border states has been illustrated big time through the high profile arrest in Arizona of the notorious ” Chandler Rapist ” who had sexually assaulted numerous girls between the ages of twelve and fifteen during the course of the past year and a half.  While this arrest and the mounting evidence that is continuing to build by the day against the suspect Santana Batiz Aceves has put many people at ease that this illegal immigrant is finally in custody for keeps, it is also proving once again that all of the victims that he had created during his crime spree would have been spared of their misery completely had the laws that were already on the books to protect them been enforced completely which in their cases were not enforced at all.  As a twice deported criminal who of course returned to the state of Arizona to thumb his nose completely at the laws of our country, this scumbag is just one of the millions of criminals who enter our country illegally and not only continue with their criminal lifestyle but accelerate and escalate it when provided with the opportunity to do exactly that. 

In the case of this slimeball that is known as Santana Batiz Aceves, the evidence that has been mounting against him in recent days which includes the D.N.A. matches with the victims along with the forty seven count indictment that has been filed against him prove beyond any doubt that he is in fact the ” Chandler Rapist ” as the prosecution of this case and subsequent conviction should be an absolute lock and with a well known case that has come to the attention of nearly everyone in Arizona, the eventual sentence of ” hard time “ should be an absolute done deal as well.  Still though and in spite of all the elements of this crime spree that I have described for you so far with this post, there is still a lack of coverage on this story in the media circles outside of Arizona as the liberal press is of course more concerned with advancing their political agenda by attempting to convince everyone that the national economy is bad and while at the same time continuing with the daily drum beat on the casualty count in the War on Terrorism.  Gee, does anyone really wonder anymore why the liberal press would never pay any attention to and completely ignore the crimes, casualties and costs that our country deals with on a daily basis as a direct result of crimes that are committed by illegal immigrants such as Santana Batiz Aceves in Arizona or Juan Leonardo Quintero in Texas following the cold blooded murder of Officer Rodney Johnson of the Houston Police Department ?   Of course the answer is obvious and is directly because it does not fit with their political agenda which proves once again that the media’s objective has never been to advise and inform the public but rather instead to influence them towards their way of thinking and among their primary tools for accomplishing this objective is to not not only twist and manipulate the issues they deem important to their advantage but to completely ignore the real stories such as the crimes, casualties and costs that are directly associated with illegal immigrants because it is not in line with what they are attempting to accomplish. 

Along these same lines and in spite of the public outrage over the crimes that have been committed by the ” Chandler Rapist “, there are still a bunch of liberal idiots and complete dupes out there who are providing a bunch of completely idiotic statements such as the fact that the crimes that were committed by Santana Batiz Aceves are ” no reflection of the immigrant ( illegal ) community. “  To this, I will simply say, ” What part of the word ILLEGAL don’t you freaking understand you fool !!!! “  On top of this and to compound matters even further is the fact that local law enforcement officials in not only Arizona but in other states as well claim that they don’t keep track of the numbers of crimes that are committed by illegal immigrants each year while at the same time claiming that this is a responsibility of the federal government instead.  In response to this attempted spin, I will basically remind everyone that every law enforcement agency in our country is required by law to document all of their arrests on a twenty four seven basis, compile the appropriate numbers and then forward this information to the United States Department of Justice for the statistical information and patterns of criminal activity that these first responders must not only develop strategy for when it comes to dealing with these criminals in the streets but that correctional officials must develop when these convicted criminals  become incarcerated as well. 

Finally and as a further illustration of just how massive this problem of border enforcement continues to be in a post 9-11 world for which there is not excuse at all, then consider the fact that there are still plenty of police officers and officials in Arizona who if you can believe this are still debating whether or not to actually enforce the laws on the books that pertain directly to dealing with criminals who are in the United States of America illegally.  To this, I ask them point blank ” What decision is there to make here and especially in a border state and do you remember the oath you took when you entered this profession to protect and serve the public by enforcing the laws of your state ? “  This just proves once again that the will of the people has been completely undermined yet again by numerous officers on the streets as well as police chiefs in their chairs who are proving my long held point that “ the effectiveness of any law is the consistency to which it is enforced. “

Now that the ” Chandler Rapist ” has been checked into the Gray Bar Hotel, it is now time for the prosecutors to do their jobs completely and without any type of plea bargain deals by hanging the appropriate jacket on him and then throwing away the key for what is left of his life inside the walls with ” Bubba.”
