As a primary first responder in one of the top five cities in our country that are always on the top of the terrorist hit list,  I would have hoped that the Los Angeles Police Department would wake up and take notice of this fact instead of caving in and sucking up to the diaperheads in their community.  However and as you might expect, this beleaguered agency that is only a shell of its former self has chosen instead to cave in to the aggressive antics and outbursts of the mouthy diaperheads in their city who are more concerned about being investigated for their potential ties to terrorism than they are with actually condemning terrorism and offering their assistance to law enforcement officials and joining forces with police officers everywhere in hunting down the terrorists within our own country.   By doing so, the Los Angeles Police Department has played into the hands of these self serving diaperheads who are once again playing the age old game along with their allies such as the A.C.L.U.  of denying any type of wrong doing, shifting blame and changing the topic as the L.A.P.D.  is playing right along as the politically correct dupes that they have become. 

This most recent stab in the back revolved around a very promising plan that was put forth by the department’s counterterrorism bureau which would have gathered intelligence for the purpose of determining the hot spots of potential terrorist activity around the city and the specific groups and individuals who were responsible for it.  However, this plan has been scrapped for now in the name of ” going along to get along ” so once again this once proud agency is completely ignoring the ” protect and serve ” mantra that is common with most law enforcement agencies and instead is pandering directly to the wrong people in order to obtain praise and acceptance from these same groups of individuals that they in fact will never receive. 

Therefore, check out this link from Associated Press writer Peter Prengaman and shake your head in disgust just like I did and lets hope there are a lot more first responders in our country who have a backbone of steel and a sack full of cannon balls as this will hopefully make up for the fact that the Los Angeles Police Department has neither.
