The mere mention of the words September 11, 2001, September 11th or simply 9-11 to any ” Real American ” will promptly remove any smile, harden every stare, remove the sparkle from any eyes, grind every set of teeth, elevate every pulse and blood pressure and above all else, it will bring an immediate sense of outrage, determination, committment and resolve to avenge the horrific atocities that were committed against our fellow Americans and the United States of America on that horrific day. While these gutless attacks were primarily, symbolically and strategically centered at the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and with special recognition and acknowledgment to the heroes of Flight 93 who prevented this hijacked jetliner from targeting the United States Capitol Building or the White House, the intended targets of these hijacked planes on September 11th in reality were Americans EVERYWHERE who stood as one on this day as themes such as ” United We Stand,” ” These Colors Don’t Run ” and ” Never Forget ” were echoed everywhere in the days and weeks following these unprescidented attacks against our country.

However and ever since this ” Rude Awakening ” to the reality that terrorism had arrived in America for keeps on September 11, 2001 many people since this time have basically fallen back to sleep and denied the existence and legitimate threats that terrorism presents because we haven’t been hit again since this date. Simply put, this is called the denial of reality and is caused by either the stupidity of ignorance, the insistence of placing one’s own political agenda ahead of the safety of our people and the security of our nation or the complacency that has been caused by the overwhelming effectiveness of our universal efforts to prevent another 9-11 type event and even worse from hitting the United States of America in the five and a half years that have lapsed since that horrible day in 2001. Whether a very substantial number of Americans choose to admit it or not, the threat of terrorism today is as real as it was on September 11, 2001 as the numerous plots against our country that have been thwarted since 9-11 is further evidence and illustration of this fact.

Many people have also admitted both publically and privately over the years that apparently we will have to be hit once again before Americans completely wake up and realize the complete and total threat that global terrorism presents for free loving Americans throughout the world today. In other words, the hoax that is known as ” Global Warming ” is not the biggest threat we will face today and in our future in spite of what the phony, idiotic and hypocritical opportunists would lead you to believe. Rather instead, it is the overwhelming and barbaric threat of global terrorism as this threat is both verifiable and it is real and if there are still any people who dispute this fact, then it is time for them to take a serious look at the journals of history during the course of the past forty years in order find the true definition of evil as well while realizing if they still have any common sense at all that the time to take on this enemy is now as this battle has been delayed for way too long which makes our fight for our freedoms today even more difficult, dangerous and important than ever before.

However and while the special efforts of our military, intelligence agencies, counterterrorism experts, law enforcement officers, first responders and vigilant citizens everywhere will continue to do everything they can in order to prevent the next terrorist attack from taking place at a neighborhood near you, the fact remains that a vigilent, unified and committed United States of America will always serve as the foundation for ensuring the continuation of these successful efforts and strategies in the future for many years to come. Therefore and in order to prevent another 9-11 type of attack from ever happening again, we must ” Always Remember ” the heroes   and victims from September 11, 2001 through the images of the burning towers of the World Trade Center, the smoke billowing from the Pentagon, the crater and scattered debris in Pennsylvania and the crumpled steel and shattered remains that were piled in a heap where towers one and two of the World Trade Center once so proudly stood.
